Is it for face & body? +

Yes! You can apply it anywhere on your skin 🙂

Is it comedogenic? +

Grass-fed beef tallow is a 1 out of 5 on the comedogenic scale, meaning it’s a moisturiser that will not clog pores or cause breakouts. It’s excellent for sensitive skin :)

What does it smell like? +

It has a unique “green and woody” scent because of our essential oils mixed with honey/beeswax. It’s very light and will go away quickly. The tallow is odourless as it’s rendered, and we remove all impurities several times.

Sensitive to essential oils? +

We understand some people are sensitive to essential oils. That is why it’s diluted to less than 1%. If you’re still unsure, we also offer a No Essential Oils Tallow & Honey Balm.

Is this helpful for dry skin? +

Yes! We have customers whose symptoms have been alleviated since using tallow. Tallow is packed with omega-3 fatty acids capable of nourishing and strengthening the skin barrier, as well as conjugated linoleic acid, which has anti-inflammatory properties that may help improve the symptoms of dry skin.

Can I use it if I have oily skin? +

Yes. If you have oily skin, we just recommend using less. Tallow is very close to our skin’s natural oils and will still be absorbed by your skin very well.

How long does shipping take? +
